Keep the message consistent.
Make the details local.

Pet waste, yard waste, litter, vehicle fluids or another agreed stormwater topic. We begin with source-backed content and your team’s local review.

Start with a bounded project

One campaign.
A 90-day pilot.

A focused way to discuss fit, test the workflow and understand the production effort before considering a wider program.

Scope, price, ownership and dates are agreed in writing before work begins. Ask for a tailored scope; no online purchase or automatic renewal.

Talk through your campaign

What the pilot is designed to include

  • Local setup and one campaign calendar
  • One print master, four social assets and one HTML/email asset
  • Kickoff, closeout and two consolidated revision rounds
  • Editable files, delivery checklist and evidence log

Printing, postage, translations, paid advertising, travel and additional revisions are separately scoped. Your team approves the content and handles publication.

An annual program can build on the pilot with four seasonal campaigns. A subsequent term requires a separate agreement.

A shared approval process

Clear handoffs.
No surprises at release.

  1. Agree the brief

Choose the audience, topic, channels, local approver and accessibility requirements. Confirm the purchasing route.

  2. Draft and review

Review a coordinated set of materials. Bring your team’s comments together for two agreed revision rounds.

  3. Approve and deliver

Your designated approver signs off. Receive the editable files, exports and distribution checklist.

  4. Record and learn

Use the evidence log to capture actual distribution. Review usefulness and delivery effort at closeout.

Before we talk

Useful questions.

Does CivicRill certify permit compliance?

No. CivicRill prepares education materials. Your municipality retains technical review, permit decisions and responsibility for its program. Engineering, inspections and regulatory filings are outside this service.

What if we already use free education resources?

Keep what works. The conversation is about local adaptation and production effort, not replacing useful guidance. If your current workflow already meets your needs, a paid campaign may not be the right fit.

Can you work with our branding and accessibility requirements?

We agree on authorized brand assets, formats and acceptance checks before starting. Public PDF requirements, translations and qualified review need explicit scope. We do not claim blanket accessibility certification.

Who distributes the materials?

Your team publishes and distributes the approved files unless a separate written scope says otherwise. We distinguish delivered files from actual distribution and do not promise audience reach or behavior change.

Are the samples real city campaigns?

No. These are illustrative CivicRill concepts. They do not imply municipal approval, customer relationships or permission to use an official seal.
